Yes, we offer daily, weekly, and month-to-month rentals.
What does the rental include?
All service, parts, and supplies (excludes paper).
What areas do you service?
We are currently serving all of Los Angeles and Orange Counties, along with most of Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties.
Can I get same day delivery?
Yes, our large inventory enables us to deliver your equipment when you need it. Most local deliveries can be same day.
Can I get a weekend delivery or pickup?
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup service 7 days a week.
What if my equipment breaks down on the weekend?
No problem. We have personnel available on weekends to assist you with your equipment.
If my equipment breaks down, what is your response time?
We stand behind our commitment to our customers to offer the most outstanding service in the industry. Our response time is 4 hours or less. If for any reason we cannot repair your equipment, we will replace it within 24 hours.
What if I need to upgrade my equipment?
We understand that as your business grows, so do your business needs. Upgrading your equipment is no problem.
If I rent my equipment, is there an option to buy?
Yes, we rent with the option to buy, an d also sell new and refurbished equipment as well.
If I own my equipment, do you have a service contract available?
Yes, service contracts include all parts, service, and supplies.
What type of rental agreements do you have?
TMG Copier Rentals can tailor a rental program to meet your specific needs, from a few days, to if you need it!
Is there a minimum rental charge?
Yes, there is either a one week or one-month minimum rental charge. If you use the equipment for less than the designated plan, your cost will be for the minimum period. If you use the equipment for more than the minimum rental period, your final usage will be prorated.
What does your rental program include?
Copier, printer, service, and supplies (excluding paper & staples). In addition, we provide FREE training on all copiers, printers, and fax units we rent.
All of our copiers also INCLUDE print and scanning at NO ADDITIONAL COST!
Is there a charge for scanning?
Although some companies are charging for scanning, TMG Copier Rentals DOES NOT CHARGE FOR SCANNING!
If we need service, how fast will your technician respond to our problem?
Our technician will call you immediately after receiving your service call. Thanks to digital copier technology, many times the problem can be fixed over the telephone. If we find that we need to come to your office for service, we will be there in 2-4 hours.
If our copy/printer usage exceeds what we are using, can we upgrade?
Yes. TMG Copier Rentals has an equipment inventory of over $1,000,000, allowing us to meet our customer’s needs!
How soon can I expect my copier(s) once I have decided what I need?
Since we have our own truck, there are times we can deliver the same day! We can guarantee delivery the next day.

We primarily offer our service throughout Los Angeles County (and the surrounding counties of Southern California).
