To scan over 100 pages with your Sharp MX copier, use the "Job Build" feature to separate large batches into smaller sets for easier scanning. Here's how to do it:
Place Originals: Load the first set of originals into the automatic document feeder (ADF). The originals should be placed up to the indicator line.
Select Job Build: Tap the mode display to switch to the initial screen of each mode. Then, tap "Others" and select "Job Build" .
Start Scanning:
Tap the "Start" key to scan the first set of originals.
When scanning is complete, place the next set of originals in the ADF and tap "Start" again.
Repeat this process until all pages have been scanned.
Complete Scanning: Once you've scanned all sets, tap the "Read-End" key to finalize the job.
Using the Job Build function, you can scan a total of up to 9999 pages in a single job. However, remember that if the copier's memory becomes full during scanning, the transmission will be canceled .
